We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 10am the same working day.

That means if you place your order at 9am on Tuesday, you should be painting on Wednesday.

After the 10am cut-off, your paint will be mixed, dispatched and with you within 2 working days.

Postage for all of our products are built into the price. No Surprises.

Currently, you can only buy our paint right here, through our website.

At the moment we only ship to UK Mainland, but we hope we can change this fairly soon. Keep an eye out on our socials for updates!

We currently do not offer tracking information for Sample Card orders.

For all paint orders, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number once our courier partner has collected the goods from us. If you’re having trouble with your order tracking, get in touch and we’ll get it sorted.

If you’re quick! We manage all of our orders in-house, so if you accidentally gave us your ex’s address or you saw Disco Pink for the first time, got flustered and ordered 7 samples, just drop us a line (the sooner the better) and we’ll help you amend your order.

We are however unable to amend orders that have already been dispatched.

We have a handy Paint Calculator for that. If you’re still not sure though, feel free to get in touch and we can crunch the numbers for you.

As each tin of Pickleson is mixed to order, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a problem with the product.

We’re not unreasonable though… If you’re unhappy with your order for whatever reason, get in touch and we’ll do all we can to help.

We don’t, and we’ll tell you for why… We find them a nuisance. They’re messy, expensive and wasteful.

Instead, we offer hand-painted Sample Cards, which give you as good a shade reference as the paint itself, can be moved around a recycled once finished with.
